Permit for Holding a Wedding on the Beach
Wedding Permit Applications must be received at least 30 days prior to, and no more than 365 days before the event. The review process will begin upon receipt of a completed application and payment made in full.
Beach Wedding Permit Fee per Application: $75.00 (non-refundable)
Please note the following are not allowed on the Beach:
- NO Alcohol or glass allowed
- NO Dancefloors allowed
- NO Dogs, Sky Lanterns, Balloons, Fireworks, Grills, or Generators
- NO parking in FDOT’s Right-of-Way. Note: There is free parking at the Manatee County Public Beach
Applications can be completed online, printed, then either hand-delivered, or mailed with the $75.00 payment.
